Shepherds to the Shepherds, Helping Believers Around the Globe Walk in Their God-Given Identities and Acts of Service
About Our Ministry and Mission

Make Space for God is primarily the online and social media platform of King on a Hill Ministries, which was founded in 2025. We are an evangelical Christian ministry that takes the Word of God (expressed in the Old and New Testaments of the Protestant Bible) seriously, embracing all the giftings of God and leadership roles mentioned in the New Testament as relevant for today (Ephesians 4; 1 Corinthians 12; Romans 12; 1 Peter 4). We are, therefore, apostolic.
Core Beliefs
We believe in the only true and Triune God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), and we recognize that all humans require the cleansing from sin that only comes through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the incarnate God, who was crucified, buried, and rose again some 2000 years ago in Jerusalem. In confessing that Jesus is LORD and by believing in His resurrection, a person is saved, given the Holy Spirit, and a new life in Christ, allowing them to enter Heaven in the afterlife or upon experiencing the resurrection tied to Christ’s return. This confession by an individual is to be followed by water baptism. And while Christians receive the Holy Spirit at conversion, they can also experience the filling of the Holy Spirit or Spirit baptism. This can occur prior to, during, or after water baptism (John 1:1-14; 3:13-18; Acts 1-2; 8; 10; Romans 5; 10:9; 1 Thessalonians 4-5).
A special note on sanctification:
We believe in the importance of living according to Godly character as expressed in New Testament theology, which is founded upon the love of Christ. We uphold the sanctity of such important concepts as life, sexual purity, marriage between a man and a woman, integrity, human dignity, individual rights, proper care and treatment, and freedom of choice. All shortcomings in adhering to God’s moral standards are sin. Christ came to address sin on the cross through His perfect sacrifice. Should a moral failure occur in the life of a Christian, confession and repentance are required to receive the application of Christ’s blood and cleansing in that area. There are human consequences for moral failures, including broken relationships and the inability at times for a person to continue in a leadership position. What is more, divine forgiveness should never be seen as an approval for wrongdoing. Should a Christian be unrepentant, then the church is sanctioned to call the person to repent privately at first, but publicly in a church context if needed. The goal is to restore the person to proper Christian order and fellowship.
All Christians are in the process of putting off the old ways and living according to the new life of Christ. And this is only accomplished through the work of the Holy Spirit. God promises to complete the sanctification process whereby a Christ-follower’s entire being (body, soul, and spirit) is transformed into the likeness of Christ. God will accomplish this in response to a believer remaining committed to their faith in Christ as Lord and Savior. Upon death, all believers in Christ are transferred into God’s presence. Those who are alive at Christ’s return, however, will be transformed immediately and join Christ as He appears in the heavens (Matthew 18:15-17; 2 Corinthians 5:8; Galatians 5:16-26; Ephesians 4: 22-24; Colossians 1:22-23; 1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18; 5:23-24; 1 John 1:6-2:2).
Mission & Core Ministry Divisions

King on a Hill Ministries (KOAH) focuses upon four main spheres of influence: (1) to foster devotional and worshipful engagements (Make Space for God); (2) to strengthen believers in living out their God-giving callings (Go Global Discipleship); (3) to care for those in need with the compassion of Christ (Katharos-Ministry of Compassion); and (4) to partner with equipping centers & churches in global contexts to express the love of Christ in tangible ways, giving opportunities for ministers to express their giftings in regional and global networks.
Our theme verse is Acts 4:33: “And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all” (ESV).
In Go Global Discipleship, we believe in the importance of two graces. There is a grace for salvation and a grace to minister. Both of these ideas are found in various places of the New Testament, such as 1 Corinthians 15:9-10 and Ephesians 2:8-9. Next to salvation, we experience the grace to walk in the callings and giftings of God. These are individualized according to God’s will, and we want to encourage people in the identification, equipping, and fulfillment of the “good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” (Ephesians 2:9).
At Make Space for God, we believe in the transformative power of personal and corporate devotion. Our mission is to inspire individuals and communities to deepen their relationship with God through dedicated time spent in prayer, worship, and reflection. We offer resources, guidance, and a supportive community to help you grow in your faith journey. Join us as we explore the depths of spirituality and foster a vibrant online faith-based community that uplifts and encourages one another. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in our families and the world around us.
With Katharos – Our Ministry of Compassion, we seek to fulfill the call of James 1:27 to assist those in need, especially people in marginalized situations and ministers who need emergency and other financial assistance. Through offerings and donations, KOAH has been blessed to participate in addressing the needs of orphans in Uganda, distributing food to enslaved brick-workers, providing funds for emergency medical costs, and more.
For church partnerships, we are working with the Lord to establish two affiliates: King on a Hill – India and King on a Hill Community Church – Uganda.
